How do I start a trial?

Create an account at /register. The 14-day trial includes every feature of the Team plan, no credit card required.

Do you offer a POC with our environment?

Yes. For companies evaluating enterprise, we run 30-day POCs with a dedicated engineer. Reach out at support@sofi.io.

Can SOFI run in our environment (on-premise)?

Self-hosted (Helm chart) is on the roadmap for Q4 2026. Today we offer a private VPC for Enterprise customers.

How does billing work?

Monthly or annual via Stripe. Pay only for what you use — active VDBs × time. Annual saves 20%.
