Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of SOFI.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account on SOFI (“SOFI”, “we”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use SOFI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind it to these terms.
2. Platform
SOFI provides software and related services for private test data management, including virtualization, masking, safe refresh, access control, and audit evidence. SOFI may run inside your cloud, VPC, or on-prem environment depending on your contracted plan.
3. Account and security
- You are responsible for keeping passwords and credentials safe.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for all actions performed under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use SOFI to violate laws or third-party rights.
- Attempt to access other customer accounts, tenants, or data.
- Reverse engineer to discover the platform source code.
- Flood the API beyond rate limits.
- Distribute malware or illegal content through the platform.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the applicable order form or written agreement. For unpaid invoices, we may suspend hosted account access after notice. Customer-managed deployments remain subject to the commercial terms agreed by both parties.
6. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the data, schemas, metadata, credentials, and policies you process through SOFI. SOFI retains all rights to the software, brand, documentation, and product materials.
7. Limitation of liability
SOFI is provided according to the applicable agreement and deployment scope. We do not guarantee absolute availability. The applicable SLA is described at /sla or in your signed order form. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months, except where prohibited by law or separately agreed in writing.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel hosted account access according to your plan or agreement. For customer-managed deployments, termination, wind-down, and data removal follow the applicable contract and deployment runbook.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Venue: São Paulo, Brazil.
